CharlesBank, a leading investemt firm and longtime Verus client asked us to create a sytem of marketing materials to promote a new Equity Fund they were launching. We developed an Offering Memorandum template and series of html email blasts to achieve their goals. The OM had to be created in microsorft word to enhance accesibilty across platforms.
